18.5 kg/m2 and less = Underweight
Values between 18.5 and 24.9 kg/m2 = Normal weight
Values between 25.0 and 29.9 kg/m2 = Overweight
Values between 30.0 and 34.9 kg/m2 = 1st degree obesity
Values between 35.0 and 39.9 kg/m2 = 2nd degree obesity
Values of 40 kg/m2 and above = 3rd degree obesity
